Reset
You'll need to hold in the RESET button before turning off the NES in order to correctly save your Zelda game.
We've come a long way since those days. My cell phone has better graphics and more memory than that old Nintendo. Over time, all things change. Change is necessary. Promotes character.
There was a time when I couldn't make a trip to AC without shipping all the money to my name (and borrowing some more before leaving). Yeah, yeah, 1-800-GAMBLER, i know. But I've changed. I've grown past that, evolved. Step-by-step.
There was a brief fleeting moment where I actually thought I had beaten my tilt demons and found an inner boardwalk zen. Three successful casino trips in a row showing a profit. Then, there was last Wednesday. Fiddlesticks. Talk about making up for lost time. How often can I say, "Live and Learn"... before I learn?
Proud of myself. Didn't tap the ATM. Didn't borrow a thousand or two off @BMoreBilly. Didn't hit up $2/$5 NL or $5/$10 NL at The Borgata to try to get even. Learning all of it at once would be too easy.
Bankroll is reset... time to work on that one. Should've just bought a Macbook instead of playing last Wednesday.
